Wire your mind for happiness, confidence, and success in life

Children learn how their mind works, and how belief systems are shaping their experiences.

They gain critical knowledge about how to build belief systems based on possibility.

Adventures in Wisdom workshops can be customised to fit your learning goals.

We offer group programs and workshops for schools, sport, music, dance, and theatre companies for children, camps, after school programs, and other children's organisations.

We also offer one-one coaching programs for both girls and boys ages 6-12 and for teenage boys.

The one-one programs are tailored on important skills to be learned for specific problems, discussed with the parent and agreed upon with the child.

Group sessions are a fun way for students to interact with one another and build friendships while learning and interacting with one another.

If you think the Adventures in Wisdom programs are just what your child needs, and if you want to make a positive impact on their life, contact me today!

The WISDOM System

for Coaching Children

kids

coaching

We use storytelling and experiences to help children develop powerful mindset skills for transformation (i.e. soaring self-esteem).

The system we use is called the WISDOM System for Coaching Kids and it uses the skill books from the Adventures in Wisdom Life Coaching Program for Kids Curriculum to help children achieve six areas of transformation in their lives.

WISDOM is an acronym for these areas of transformation!

SAMPLE PACKAGES

Self Esteem

How kids feel about themselves is one of the biggest influences on both their happiness and on what they create in their lives.

Positive self-esteem isn’t something kids either have or don’t have.  Feeling good about themselves - even when things aren’t going their way - is a skill that they can develop.

Lesson 1 – What is self-esteem?

Lesson 2 – How Your Mind Shapes Your World

Lesson 3 – Honouring Your Uniqueness

Lesson 4 – Neural Pathways and Self-talk

Lesson 5 – Power Shifting

Standing Up to peer pressure

Peer pressure is one of the toughest challenges kids face while growing up. It is also one of the top reasons why kids get into trouble.

Unfortunately, in the age of camera phones and social media, the mistakes kids make can haunt them for the rest of their lives.

To stand up to peer pressure, kids must first decide who they are and what they stand for, what they want for themselves, and how to say “no” to their peers and “yes” to themselves.

Lesson 1 – The Power of Self-responsibility

Lesson 2 – Integrity

Lesson 3 – Respect

Lesson 4 – Self-respect

Lesson 5 – How to Make Good Decisions

Lesson 6 – Standing up to Peer Pressure

Self confidence

Kids often feel that they must be confident before they do something new; however, the exact opposite is true.

The fear doesn’t go away and the confidence doesn’t come until after they take action.

The good news is that they can learn how to believe in themselves, even when there is no evidence that they will be successful!

Lesson 1 – What is self-confidence

Lesson 2 – How Your Mind Shapes Your World

Lesson 3 – Power of Possibility

Lesson 4 – Neural Pathways and Managing Fear

Lesson 5 – Conditional Thinking

Lesson 6 – Self-talk
